He is very friendly and easy to talk too who always returned my phone calls at all times even after hours. He really is down to earth and always there to listen to other peoples opinions and ideas. He always greets you with a hand shake and a smile. He also has a very good sense of humor with a beautiful personality. I contacted David on my elderly fathers behalf to sell his property as he was going into Care. David came to his property and spoke to Dad giving him an honest appraisal of his home and what he could expect in the market place. David's approach impressed my father and myself in that he spoke in simple terms that dad could understand and did not promise anything that we thought was not reasonable. Our conversation’s regarding our property started more than 18 months prior to selling. From our first conversation until the time we were ready to sell your knowledge, passion and drive was always apparent and certainly upbeat! Prior to appointing Buckingham we did plenty of research, including reading an article which stated that you needed to a trust the agent that you were engaging for the sale of your property. We took this on board and your advice with regards to Marketing, property preparation and projected outcomes was key to exceeding our expectations - which you did comprehensively! We’ve sold properties in the past and our previous experience was that the listing/senior agent would sign you up and would attend very few of the inspections - this was not the case with Buckingham. We were pleased that you attended each and every inspection and we truly appreciated the almost instant feedback. I’m not sure whether it is industry norm, but I was really impressed that Buckingham would take the time to introduce our property to the entire Buckingham team via an actual walk through of the property. Special thanks also goes out to the Auctioneer Extraordinaire, Stuart Buckingham! Stuart did an amazing Job of extracting the every last dollar out of our purchaser’s and making sure that right seeds were planted for a lively auction and a great result.
