I started my real estate career in Property Manager in 1999 and little did I know that this would be the beginning of a long life career spanning over 17 years. I was employed by a family owned real estate office in Tannum Sands/Boyne Island. The business was then sold and I was given the opportunity to expand my responsibilities and knowledge to become office manager. Under my management, the office not only managed residential properties but also storage sheds, commercial shed, and shops, as well as body corporate management. It was during this time that I furthered my studies and obtained my full real estate licence. The opportunity then arose to become a partner in the business and this opened the door not only to manage my own agency but to venture into the sales side of real estate. The office grew from four full time staff members to nine full time staff. Being a very hands-on employer I attend all accredited training courses with my staff to ensure that my clients receive the best possible service at the highest standard for their investment.
