Blake knows his craft, that much is true and obvious. I could go on and on about his guidance and steady hand but I will focus on trust. Having purchased and sold a few properties I have had a lot of differing styles of agents. What attracted us to Blake is his authenticity and generosity of spirit. His knowledge in a softening market really informed us however our ability to trust him implicitly was what clinched the deal. The real estate industry is full of cowboys who are great at telling you what you want to hear but not many tell you what you need to hear and qualify it for analytical people such as myself. He is consistent and faultless. Our sale came with complications and without Blake’s diligence, intellect and humanity the situation would have been so much more anxiety laden. None of these complications were of Blake’s making nor did he contribute to them in any way. He simply reacted professionally, quickly and efficiently to ameliorate difficult circumstances.
