Ryan was with us every step of the way. As this was our first home it was also the first home we had to sell. From the first time we met until after the sale had gone through, Ryan has been amazing communicating in detail what is required of us and what we can do to get the best outcome. We did everything he said and it proved dividends. I met with other agents who were pessimistic in their approach. I found Ryan had an optimistic outlook but not unrealistic. As we had a unique house in the area it was difficult to determine the value of the house so we knew we had something special on offer. I cannot recommend Ryan enough. If you want your house sold and feel like you have someone on your side, then Ryan is your guy.

Ryan Hoelzl (from Burton & Ryan) was recommended to me by a valued colleague and after meeting with Ryan and his team, it was easy to understand why. In fact, I utilised Burton & Ryan Realty services twice, firstly to sell a house at Chermside West and more recently, a unit at West End. Ryan’s attention to detail was exemplary, he managed everything, from minor repair work to engaging with the tenant while coordinating ‘Open Day’s’. Ryan kept me informed every week on feedback after each inspection and he worked tirelessly to secure a contract. Unfortunately for me, I had purchased the unit in a peak market period and, due to health reasons, forced to sell in a soft market. However, Ryan provided me a realistic price range, didn’t inflate what he expected was achievable and rejected silly offers. Ryan negotiated fairly with a number of potential buyers to secure the best outcome.
