If you're like me, you can't stand the slimy vibe you get from other agents in the area; they all give you a cringey vibe. Ryan Hoelzl is a young and energetic agent but still pulls off that genuine vibe you usually find with older real estate agents. I generally despise real estate agents, I don't dislike Ryan.

Buying (or selling) a property is stressful at the best of times. Ryan was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure that the process for us to purchase our dream property was as smooth as possible. Communication was top notch and Ryan was with us the whole way through out the process, and even after the property had settled. But what I found to be most impressive was Ryans transparency when negotiating between us and the sellers. There was no pressure and no hidden agenda. Ryan made sure there was a great result for both parties involved and in my expierence, that is rare. If we ever decide to sell, or even buy another property, Ryan will be my first stop.

We engaged Ryan after interviewing a number of agents in the area and deciding we felt more confidence with Ryans proposal and our discussions with him. The property is fronting the local golf course and the golfing market was heavily targeted within our overall marketing campaign. With Ryan being a golfer himself there were benefits of his associations within the industry and ultimately the sale coming through a relative seeing the signage fronting the course. Overall the sale took longer than we would have liked through no fault of the agents but more for the fact we were aiming for a specific buyer for the premium position. During this time there was continued enthusiasm towards the open homes and marketing of the property with the desired result in the end. As usual you always have the other agents hanging around trying to discredit the current agent, spruiking that they would have sold by now. my response in this situation is for them to come back with a serious buyer we can sit down and discuss a deal with our agent. As usual this never happened and we stuck with Ryan to get the job done. All in all i would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and his team and we were very happy the service provided. Ryan did all the work, had great suggestions for improving our house for sale, and gave us the name of someone who could style our house for a fee, we used most of our own things and hired the rest. We had 7 offers in 3 days for a great price. Everything proceeded after that even though he had urgent family business to attend during the process.

We were lucky enough to sell 2 properties with Ryan in 2017 and could not have had a better experience with either sale.
