We were introduced to Nadine from Buxton (previously Ballarat Property Group) when recently renting a property in Lake Wendouree. She was the property manager for the rental and is such a dedicated professional and excellent at her job. Nadine strikes the perfect balance between looking after the owner's wishes and the occupant's needs. Her attention to detail is remarkable, which is re-assuring for anyone renting a property. Whenever we needed a repair or recommendation, action was promptly taken and repairs conducted, nothing was too hard or awkward for Nadine and the agency. We had to break the lease early (moving to our own place) and again Nadine's flexibility was noteworthy; she worked closely with us to find a suitable new occupant asap so that we didn't have to pay more rent than we need to. Communication was excellent throughout which led to a smooth exit. Would definitely recommend Buxton and Nadine for any prospective renters and property owners. We'll definitely hire her when needing a property manager in the future.
