Melody and the team at Buxton did a great job leasing our property. Excellent communication and understood our requirements.

Sarah-Jane has made my first time renting a great experience! From the initial inspection to moving in, Sarah-Jane assisted and made the process stress-free. She is friendly, understanding, prompt in her responses and efficient when organising maintenance repairs. Sarah-Jane is an exceptional property manager who makes renting easy! Buxton Ballarat are lucky to have someone with Sarah-Jane's dedication and professionalism.

From leasing to last time to this time. Buxton is always pleasant to deal with. Applying for a house to rent, and then recieving the followup calls is great! Thankyou

I was so happy with Nadine Bunworth... she quickly appreciated my urgency to at least get through a property as I was on a short timeframe to find a suitable property... after our 1st discussion on the property in Gregory Street she contacted me the very next day to get me through... it was exactly what I was looking for... she was positive and very upbeat and promised to contact the Landlord the same day and give me an answer the same day... was so not expecting this... I truly had my heart set on this Townhouse and when Nadine rang me that evening to tell me I had secured the unit I was so very grateful... I cannot recommend Nadine Bunworth highly enough if you are looking to rent a property... thanks so much Nadine... Greg Whitecross

Jamie has been amazing, extremely friendly and caring. The process of finding a new rental can been so stressful and confusing, however Jamie has been thorough, made it stress-free and welcoming. Other agents can make you feel like a second-class citizen as you don't own the home, but not with Buxton Ballarat and Jamie's help. Thank you for looking after us.
