Great Service
It's too easy these days to jump online and complain. It is important to write the good stuff also. I've been a landlord for over 30 years and I am happy to say the service offered by Nadine at Ballarat Property Group is as good as it gets. I am sure the rest of the team is excellent also but Nadine is my allocated manager. Thanks Scott

sensational service
Am using Ballarat Property Group to manage my investment in Redan and could not be happier with this agency. They have found excellent tenants, at my request, and definitely have an element of care with their job. Especially happy with Nadine Bunworth. She is very efficient and goes out of her way to please. Can't go wrong with these guys, highly recommend them

Great Agency
Hi, We are from Melbourne and have an investment property in Ballarat. We've had Ballarat property as our managing agent from day one and that has been 10 years now. All the agent's who have looked after our property have been very professional and lovely people. My property manager is Jess Jordan and she is just fantastic to deal with. Cannot speak highly enough of her. Would highly recommend the agency to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.

Fantastic Experience!
These guys were seamless the entire way throughout the process. We rented our first property through them and they helped us understand the process every step of the way and were extremely responsive when I had questions. They were also very efficient in terms of communication, keeping us in the loop and checking in to make sure that we were happy. Josh did a fantastic job! Will definitely be back!
