Once we were able to sort out our application which we were told was submitted but it hadn't gone through, we found BPG very good and prompt and we had approval and all paperwork done within a day. Chantal Ryan was very friendly and understanding of our situation and got things moving quickly. Emily on reception was easy and prompt to deal with also.
