Pretty good so far. Cant complaint much. It was a bit of a rough start at the beginning but after few phone calls things went smooth. Overall I am happy with the teams assistance.

Trudi from Ballarat Property Group was amazing to deal with. We had purchased our very first investment property in Winter Valley as we love the area, and when our work contracts finish here in Qld we may move there. Due to COVID-19, and travel restrictions we weren’t able to see our property be built, which was very stressful initially, but the assistance Trudi provided was fantastic! She left no stone unturned, from meeting the builder on our behalf for handover, to getting extra keys cut, and taking and sending progress photos of the property, and most importantly communicating everything promptly and professionally. We now have a fantastic tenant in our investment property and we could be happier. 10/10
