We have had our investment property under Buxton Ballarat for several years now. It has been overall a very good experience. Each property manager during that time have been professional and good to deal with. However our property is under the management of Julie Fran, who we have had experience with previously. Julie does take property management to another level as she has so much property management knowledge and experience. Her advice, guidance and recommendations are truly appreciated. Julie is very prompt with following up any questions or requests and is also a very nice person! Overall I highly recommended Buxton Ballarat for buying, selling or property management requirements.
