Jake Sim has shown himself to be an excellent property manager who communicates regularly and clearly and is prepared to go the extra yard.(eg stop by and turn off lights left on by tradies.) He is professional and courteous, operating under very difficult circumstances with the pandemic, and has still managed to find us a new tenant.

Buxton does the job, but are not the most pro-active people and make you feel like they give the bare minimum required and no more.
