We have rented out our house with Buxton for a couple of year now and they have been hit and miss. The agent we have has sometimes been good with communication and sometimes been very poor. When we escalate an issue it has been solved quickly. An example was a time where a tenant finished their lease and the property was not advertised until they actually left the property, meaning it was left vacant for four to five weeks. We don't live in Ballarat and have to trust the agent will be on top of things but are not confident in the quality of their work.

This rental process was so easy. When I started looking, Buxton would send me property listings they thought I might be interested in, which made the process easier. My dream home came up, but I was going to be interstate on the OFI, so Buxton made an appointment one day earlier for me. On moving day, the keys were ready - so now waiting! I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Attention to detail, follow up on phone and email queries were first rate. Enjoyed the whole process. Thank you Buxton!

Leasing experience was great nice and easy. Need a little improve for follow up service after the lease settled.For about two weeks I haven’t be en able to install my washing machine yet. Contact the agent twice got replied saying builder will be here.But until now still no one showing up for the matter.
