I have found BPG staff to be always professional and mindful of my best interests when managing my rental property. The tenant's rights and needs must also be considered but the staff always seem to manage to reach a satisfactory compromise between what are sometimes competing demands. Any maintenance issues that may arise from time to time are dealt with quickly I have been using their services for 10 years now and hope to have them manage another investment property I plan to get next year.
