We pay more than 2500 when we leave the house . For painting , cleaning and gardening. This is a lot bc we also use commercial cleaning and also pay 500 dollars . I already ask agent to find best commercial cleaning and deduct from bond . But they said no . I had to manage everything. But the result is we need to pay rxtra for commercial cleaning . That is not fair .

Staff (agents and admin team) have been professional and friendly from the get-go, assisting with house inspections, and answering all questions in a timely, patient, and thorough manner though the application-to-tenants process. Constant communication issues trying to call at wrong times not providing email correspondence to correct address even though told on multiple occasions Seem to churn through property managers so new person making the same mistakes every 6 months

As a first time property investor, Jessica has made my experience smooth and stress free. I purchased my investment property almost 4 years ago. Each time my property has been on the market, Jessica has found suitable tenants and had a lease signed within a week. Any maintenance issues are discussed with me and actioned promptly. Buxton staff have been great to/for us during this time where we are renting out our home for the first time. We have little experience, but the staff have walked us through every step and have ensured we feel comfortable the whole way. Very professional. In particular, Abbey Dove and Lachlan Phyland have been exceptional to deal with.
