He personally called me and asked what we wanted in a house and specifically found one that met our needs, even after I told him we had found somewhere to live which unfortunately fell through he was flexible and continued to help us find exactly what we wanted. 5 stars. He is very accessible and is good at keeping communication open regarding works on the property and any issues we have had thus far.
