Jasmine has been my property manager for a few years now, she has always been professional in her interactions with me. Recently I had a tenant leave and Jasmine's approach to getting another suitable tenant in was exceptional. I put my trust in her to not only select the correct tenant but also arrange any carry out minor repairs needed before the new tenant moves in. I have found Jasmine a very honest and professional person to deal with and would recommend her to anyone. Buxton has shown great professionalism in all my interactions with their staff

The property was listed on Real Estate website and they had arranged an open for inspection promptly. The agent was on time and the property was presented immaculately. The Property Manager contacted me to clarify my application and was prompt to give me an outcome the following day. Thank you!

My Rental Property Manager Katelyn has been nothing short of amazing. She is professional, organised and efficient. All information shared between tenant and landlord is passed on promptly. When facing the changeover of tenants, she found an excellent new tenant in a matter of days, limiting advertising fees and time without rental income. She is extremely pleasant, personable and I would highly recommend her and Buxton Ballarat to anyone looking to rent out an investment property.

Great service. Took a weight off my shoulders. Been managing my own properties for years in Australia and overseas and so much hassle. Great to have weight off my shoulders, no idea why held out trying to do it myself. Smooth transition and had new tenants in few weeks after many viewings to find the right match. I was happy to proceed with.

Jorja has always followed up when we have questions and provides an understanding of what is expected from a landlord. All invoices are loaded into PropertyMe which allows us to understand expenses and where our money is going. We are first time investors and the letting process was easy and we had great communication. We appreciated the messages to advise how many people were attending, who was applying, and then an understanding of the tenants applications. Jorja is approachable, friendly and easy to deal with - thank you for an amazing experience so far!! Regards, Erin & Francis
