We are totally disappointed in your service from day 1 of taking procession of our rental property. The house was handed to us with out an inspection from the real estate agent. The house was never cleaned and when we got the agent to come around to the house to have a look at how the house was given to us he made every excuse under the sun as to why the house was left like this. Things were broken, walls with holes in them, cupboards never cleaned, stuff still left at the house from last tenants and we were told to get rid of them if we didn't want it.took cleaners that we had to organise as the agent couldn't organise before we had to move in as your real estate sold our home and had to be in before settlement date. The cleaners Ă— 3 took 7 hours too get it to a reasonable condition to be lived in. We are so disappointed and if it wasn't for Mark and the fact he did an amazing job at selling our house in Paling Street we would be giving you an even worse review.
