The peace of mind brought by knowing that our property is well managed and that our interests are taken care of is priceless especially when being temporarily away from home

Sarah-Jane from Buxton currently manages one of our investment property in Lucas. After we bought another property we did not hesitate to engage Fhil and Sarah-Jane. Sarah-Jane is really good at what she does. We are extremely happy with Sarah-Jane and her team at Buxton Ballarat.

Josh and Tanya have been incredibly welcoming and efficient from our first chat. They swiftly moved from signing up to putting my property on the market, keeping me informed along the way, and ultimately securing a great tenant right after settlement. Tanya's bubbly personality, proactive approach, and passion for her job as my PM are outstanding. She even helped with bringing the bins out on a weekend, showcasing her above and beyond customer service. Overall, working with Josh and Tanya has been seamless and positive. I highly recommend their professional and personable property management services.

We have had such an amazing experience dealing with Tayla Chalmers - she is a true professional. Her work and dedication to our property has been astonishing. She is an excellent communicator, commercially minded and has helped put our minds at ease and got us back on track with our property (after a terrible experience with another agency). We talk to several agents a week and she is above and beyond - a true standout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far my experience with Sarah-Jane has been only positive. Response to emails and calls that voiced concerns etc have always been promptly replied to. In terms of her professionalism, she's one of the best agents I've had in a long time. She's made sure I've felt heard, and has been on top of her game from day one. I was hesitant to apply with Buxton in the past, but those feelings have been completely changed. I've been quite impressed with how my experience with Buxton has been! Keep up the good work :)

All interactions with staff have been great. From Taylah in reception through to the property managers Phil, Brylee, Kaelee and last but not least Tayla. Tayla has been absolutely amazing from inspection - application - bond signing and beyond. Buxton definitely gave gem there!!
