Buxton have always been friendly and treated me with professionalism. I find that they have a good understanding of the local real estate rental market and look forward to future business with them

Jasmine was very informative of the property and very friendly and professional. Jasmine contacted me with updates of my application and confirmed once my application was accepted within days of applying. as i had a very small window to find a house and the rental market was very limited in Ballarat East, I dealt with most of Ballarat real estates and still waiting to hear back with updates on applications etc from many. Highly recommend Buxton Ballarat and Jasmine

Our first move to a regional area and the staff at Buxton could not have been more helpful. From the initial application to moving in everything has been handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Katelyn has been a joy to deal with and I couldn't speak more highly of her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Buxton Ballarat to anyone looking for a new rental property

Tayla Chalmers from Buxton has been managing my multiple properties for the past few years, and she is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. Her in-depth understanding of the Ballarat region and responsiveness to both tenants and landlords are exceptional. I am extremely pleased to have her as my agent and couldn't ask for anything better. I've referred several friends to her, and she now manages their properties as well. She truly is the best agent in Ballarat. If you're looking for a top-performing real estate agent to manage your property, I highly recommend Tayla at Buxton Ballarat.
Buxton Ballarat
Lovely and polite, knowledgeable about their properties. Communication is lacking compared to other companies I’ve rented through. I’m sure that will improve though. Life gets busy :)
