Tanya is hands down the best PM I have managing my invest properties. Efficient and willing to assist with all aspects of renting the property and going as far as assisting me with the property handover from the builder. Landed a good tenent within the first week of advertising at a higher rental rate than what I was expecting. Many Property Managers fall short and at times you wonder what you are paying for but I will sleep easy knowing this property is going to be well managed by Buxton Ballarat and Tanya

The property manager Ben Murphy was super easy to communicate with, he easily explained the process of the application, and kept in regular contact to update on progress of applying. The process overall only took about 3 days to get a successful outcome for the property, and it was incredibly easy to fill out the documentation with the help of Ben. Amazing job with really great communication the whole process
