Being forced to move house after only 6 months into what I thought would be a long term stay, I was filled with dread at having to find a suitable property to rent in an extremely challenging market. Kaelee and Jasmine were just fantastic and smoothed every bump in the way, from viewing the property, through the selection process and finally the taking possession. They answered all of our queries with a smile and a cheery voice. It was the most reassuring experience that I have had. My hat's off to all at Buxton Ballarat

The Property Management Team at Buxton Ballarat are outstanding. I have the privilege of both working with them at times, as part of my employment role and additionally I am a tenant with Buxton Real Estate. Their responsive communication, professionalism and attention to detail is next level. Any problems or queries are responded to promptly and efficiently. The owner and the tenant are supported in every way, regarding the management and care of the property. Special mention to Fhil Vella, who is a delight to deal with and an absolute professional. After having a bad experience with a previous property management company I was recommended I get in touch with Buxton Ballarat. I couldn't be happier with the decision. They were very receptive to my requests, their response was prompt, and they made me feel that I was important to them and not just another client. I'd highly recommend.

We had a rough start at getting the property rented, a tenant signed the lease then almost disappeared. Jorja tried very hard to get into contact with them. Finally we had to re-advertise to find another tenant. Jorja was very patient and professional in selecting a good tenant.

It is a great opportunity for first leavers of home. The agent I went through to get this place was so helpful.
