We have been working with Buxton Ballarat since 2019 and during this time, their property managers have always been highly professional. Communications have been timely, and the property managers have been proactive in sorting outstanding issues that have arisen. Flynn in particular has been excellent in managing our current property. I would highly recommend their services.

I have been a client of Buxton Ballarat for two years and in that time I have found them extremely professional. My property manager was attentive to all maintenance matters concerning the property. When my lease ended Ben helped me find a new home. They went above and beyond to help me and I am extremely grateful. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Jake, the Buxton Agent had been very professional in the whole rental process. He provided helpful guides in the process and helped us choose the right tenants. His assistance in organising repairs was very much appreciated as well. Highly recommended.
