Gosh these guys are amazing, very personal and straight onto everything. An when I've been into the office in person, I see the energy of the staff and really great environment to be in. Looks like they are very onto everything and quick responses. Very happy with my property manager, first time I've had a real estate that talks rather than send an email and wait, great work Jamie. All you guys are amazing, I would very highly recommend you to anyone. Today I had a plumber here for a leaking tap within 15 minutes thanks to Jamie and Brennen being close by. So good.

We are relocating from NQ to Ballarat. Our interactions with Jemma was positive from the start. She made a special trip to the rental we were interested in to video a walk thru for us to inspect the property. All steps in the application processes were noted and an answer was given within 2 days of applying for the property. Jemma saved us a lot of stress as the move from NQ is a big one and to be accepted for a home in such a short space of time has really taken pressure off us.
