We are relocating from NQ to Ballarat. Our interactions with Jemma was positive from the start. She made a special trip to the rental we were interested in to video a walk thru for us to inspect the property. All steps in the application processes were noted and an answer was given within 2 days of applying for the property. Jemma saved us a lot of stress as the move from NQ is a big one and to be accepted for a home in such a short space of time has really taken pressure off us.
