Afroza and I wanted to give a massive thanks to Tayla at Buxton Real Estate for her property management skills that resulted in finding a tenant within a week for our property at Invicta Drive. She was very energetic and kept us informed all the time. We are doing business with Buxton Real Estate for a while, and hope to continue for a long time in future.

Nadine helped us understand the process of renting out. She went above and beyond sorting out final clean ups and taking care of our mails. This is only the first month our property renting out, but so far I cannot fault anything. Excellent job.

Our rental agent, Jess, went above and beyond what was expected to promptly find an excellent tenant for our rental property. As a first time landlord she has made the experience easy and as stress free as possible. Jess has been easy to contact and delivers outstanding communication in regards to answering any questions and providing information of what is required for us to complete during the process. We appreciate the support and expertise that Jess has presented us and look forward to continuing our relationship with Buxton.

Buxton has the very best rental properties available in Ballarat and the agency ensured that we were able to inspect the properties we were interested in within a very small window of time we had available. The property manager Jess is very personable, professional and approachable. She has made sure our setup in our new home has been easy and comfortable. From our experience, Buxton has been outstanding.
