We are relocating from NQ to Ballarat. Our interactions with Jemma was positive from the start. All steps in the application processes were noted and an answer was given within 2 days of applying for the property. When I got accepted into my current property, Ben jumped into action and had all the forms to sign within the hour. As I do not live locally to my properties it is wonderful to have such and enthusiastic team working for me at Buxton Ballarat. Their attention to letting and repairs is excellent and they have a good range of repair techs on their books for fast work at decent prices. Letting and reletting is fast and efficient too with short downtime between tennants. High recommend.
