Fhil & Carlie did a great job getting my place on the market & leased. They were always very responsive and Carlie even visited regularly to ensure the new garden was taken care of. Nice to deal with a genuine team I can trust. Couldn't recommend more.

Julie from Buxton’s has gone above for us since moving in. We have had a few issues due to previous tenants and everything is getting fixed very quickly. She doesn’t make us feel as if we are a nuisance and only wants the best for us. She also helped us find this property quickly.

Josh (and Jacinta) are the best and proactive agents you could ever have as a landlord; they are so quick to react to what my tenants want, as they know the places they manage for me is the home for my tenants and we need to keep them happy to want to stay. I contribute their great work, to being able to have long term tenants.

We applied for multiple houses, with many difference agencies. It appeared as though Buxton Ballarat had the type of houses we were looking for, in the locations we wanted to live in. Their service was outstanding. Staff answering the phones were knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Buxton Ballarat.

Dealing with Josh, my property manager at Buxtons Ballarat, has been a pleasure. His communication and follow up is excellent, and I could not recommend him, or this agency, highly enough.
