Upon viewing the property, we were told by the agent that there would be new carpet installed and a new oven. With this information we proceeded to sign a 12 month lease. I confirmed with the agent a week prior that the property would be ready for us to move in. Two days before our move, the agent informed me that there was an issue with the carpet layer and the new carpet had not yet been installed. Having already given notice at my current property and taken time of work to move, This caused me a great deal of stress. We arrived at the property to find the old carpet put back down and no flooring in the laundry and hall at all. The carpets have not been cleaned. There was rubbish and green waste in multiple locations around the yard. The oven was replaced but does not work. Now I’m paying an exorbitant amount of money to live in squalor. To sum up my experience, I feel deceived and disrespected.

Our property agent Nadine, is always helpful, we have built a great report over many years, she is very efficient with the cleaning/exiting reports and any maintenance that has been required, helping us with quotes for the trades required, we'd be lost with out her. :)
