Jessica, Annie ant the team at Buxton made us feel like we were their only clients. They made the big move very easy for us. And nothing was too much trouble.

When renting our investment property, Buxton were very professional and effective. The interaction and communication with the property management team has been excellent and so has been their advice (thanks Fhil & Carlie). We are very happy with Buxton services

Extremely happy with Sarah-Jane Thompson as our property manager, but repeatedly disappointed with Buxton’s management team who have repeatedly shown a conflict of interest with their choice of tenants for either our property or their own.

If you are looking for an amazing property agent in Ballarat looking after your requirements, then look no further. Just get in touch with Buxton Ballarat and they will take good care of you. Julie Frans and team has been exceptional. Just loved her professionalism and her eagerness to answer all our queries and help us in securing the lovely property on lease in record time. We have interacted with couple of other Buxton property agents and they were all nice and helpful as well. Buxton, indeed has a great team. We have been settled in Melbourne for past 10 years and due to personal reasons, we have to move Ballarat. It was a herculean task to find a house in Ballarat, but Buxton made it possible. Thanks a lot Julie and Buxton! You guys are amazing!!!

I sold my house with Buxton and it was quick and easy. They also helped me find a rental for when my house sold. Front the sales agent to the property managers I didn’t have any worries they explained everything. It was just a pleasant experience all round.

When we purchased the property the previous owners had already engaged Buxton to manage the property. We have had the property for almost 4 years now , very happy with the tenant they chose , treats the place like it’s his own, always quick to contact us when repairs are required, always have a contractor available no matter what task required. The staff are always friendly and follow everything up no matter how minor, would highly recommend Buxton
