Michael is very personable, and easy to work with. I appreciated his honest appraisal of my home, and things to consider fixing before listing it on the market. I have little doubt this lead to an excellent sales figure for my house. One area for improvement is communication. Micheal indicated that he would contact me after every private inspection, but this rarely happened. There needs to be consistency between the expectation established and what is delivered.

Michael conducted himself in a professional manner and he was always polite and patient. Michael needs to get to know more about the properties he sells as he could not answer all question and despite him saying he would follow up this was a slow response process. After the sale was made none of our questions were answered and it felt like we were forgotten.
