Great Rental Agent - Georgie Sinclair
We have had excellent assistance from Georgie Sinclair. She has been extremely helpful with the renovations at our property at 114 Beaconsfield Parade, organizing the quotes and work by the various trades. There were quite a number of different improvements and repairs that needed to be done, after a longer period with the tenants. She has now found new tenants, who are a family situation, that we prefer to a group.

Great Personal service
We’ve been renting out out family home for 12 years, and after a few teething problems we’ve been very happy with the personal service we receive from our contact at Buxton. She takes our concerns seriously and treats us with respect and courtesy, and deals promptly with any issues which arise. She maintains an ‘open door’ policy which allows me to contact her easily and at short notice.

Solid Service
As an Aussie expat Landord based in Europe, choosing a local agent for a long-term, comprehensive service is an important decision. In the end, it's all about the level or personal service, flexibility, and experience and passion for the business because that is exactly what the tenant will see too. All our expectations were met or exceeded, particularly by Georgie, and I would refer anyone to her for taking ownership of your end-to-end letting needs. It's also worth I had reached out to 3 other agents in the area by email (we're in different time zones and I wanted to see their attention to detail and appetite for business) and was wholly underwhelmed, even having chased them on the phone. Good reliable agent
Buxtons provide very good property management services. Regular inspections seem to be quite thorough, reporting and handling lease payments is prompt and their attention to details during the leasing and tenant selection process was detailed.
