Solid Service
As an Aussie expat Landord based in Europe, choosing a local agent for a long-term, comprehensive service is an important decision. In the end, it's all about the level or personal service, flexibility, and experience and passion for the business because that is exactly what the tenant will see too. All our expectations were met or exceeded, particularly by Georgie, and I would refer anyone to her for taking ownership of your end-to-end letting needs. It's also worth I had reached out to 3 other agents in the area by email (we're in different time zones and I wanted to see their attention to detail and appetite for business) and was wholly underwhelmed, even having chased them on the phone. Buxtons operates in complete contrast to this, with a desire to create a first class landlord and tenant customer experience. Thanks, team Brighton.

Good reliable agent
Buxtons provide very good property management services. Regular inspections seem to be quite thorough, reporting and handling lease payments is prompt and their attention to details during the leasing and tenant selection process was detailed.

I have Kim Brit as my agent for unit 1/16 royal terrace and I am very pleased with all her work. The property was leased in 2 days. would have to be a record. I am very happy with overall managing the property. thanks john toombs

Prompt and thorough
I co-manage my property with Buxton's Brighton and have found them to be incredibly on the ball, professional, pro-active and thorough.
