Care and attention to detail!
Congratulations to Caitlin for her thoroughness and attention to detail when renting out 48 Dendy Street in very difficult COVID times. At a time when everyone was adjusting to the new changes in Real Estate it was incredibly helpful to have someone like Caitlin guiding us through and successfully renting the property. Many thanks.

They are very nice team and think about everything for their client, posted advertisement in time and open for tenants frequently enough, even at the hard time because of the coronavirus. Nightmare experiences with the team at Buxton Brighton.
I could probably write pages about my bad experiences with Buxton past 2 yrs as a landlord. Very unprofessional, lacks commonsense and lacks basic knowledge of realestate... it’s all about money money and money and are least concerned about their costumers. Will never go back to them.

Michelle & Laura have been great from the word go. They have been really helpful from before we moved in especially given it was during the lockdown period. They sorted out all our teething issues and have provided ongoing support to us.

Consistently above expectations
We had tenants move out during the peak of the COVID crisis and were naturally worried about finding someone new. Tara Stewart at Buxton Brighton was superb in the whole process giving us a great deal on advertising, arranging COVID safe inspections and ultimately getting new tenants in place. The work Tara put in was above expectations and this has been the same for our other properties. Really, really pleased with this service and professionalism.
