Buxtons provide very good property management services. Regular inspections seem to be quite thorough, reporting and handling lease payments is prompt and their attention to details during the leasing and tenant selection process was detailed.

I co-manage my property with Buxton's Brighton and have found them to be incredibly on the ball, professional, pro-active and thorough. In co-managing our property, Buxton are responsible for the advertising and shortlisting of interested tenants. This arrangement has been ideal and in each case they have put a lot of thought and effort into the process and kept me regularly updated with each inspection and information about prospective tenants. This is why we have continued to use them year after year. Lou
