We are very happy with the outcome of the new lease. We do feel that when the last tenants left that there was not a more thorough inspection and report on the state of the property. ie We were told the carpets were steamed clean and they were not, 15 lights were not working, hole in cupboard door, state of walls in front bedroom etc Bede did a good job in finding a new tenant.
