Consistent and timely service from an experienced team
Have had my rental properties managed by Buxton's since 2000. Over that time I have had consistent and timely service. Michelle and Laura are great to deal with and very experienced. As an overseas landlord - and thus very reliant on the quality of the agents to manage and inform when required - I would highly recommend Buxtons. Experience across the full cycle of activity - price setting, advertising, selecting, entry, tenant interface, contract, tax reporting etc etc - all very good.

Wonderful!
Michelle and Laura were absolutely wonderful to deal with, both going above and beyond to make a stressful situation that little bit more manageable. Their kindness, understanding and effort to get us into a rental property was very much appreciated

Great experience - would recommend!
Buxton Brighton were extremely professional and easy to work with. Michelle is always happy to answer any questions and treats you like a real individual rather than just another tenant. Buxton Brighton were always quick to respond to any queries and any issues were followed up immediately. They communicated well via phone or email and were flexible with inspection times/key pick up for my rental.

Professional, Thorough, Supportive and Nice

Great to work with!
Michelle and Andrea were great to deal with - from the initial inspection to moving in. So friendly and helpful, felt like they were trying hard to make sure we were happy rather than just trying to find new tenants quickly.
