I had been with a couple of agencies before I found Michelle and her team in 2018. I was very disgruntled with the service I received and so was changing again to find an agency that was proactive, professional and who took the leg-work out of managing a rental property. I cold called Buxtons Brighton and haven't looked back. Michelle and Laura give me the service i was looking for and happy to pay for. They have ensured that every change of tenants has been timely and seamless. They have a sense about prospective tenants which has meant I have yet to have a tricky tenant! Their professionalism with the checks needed to ensure that the property complies within the law and also ensure that the tenants have a home that meets their needs, is invaluable. Any issue with the property that arises is quickly dealt with. The monthly and end of year reporting makes my accounting very easy. The office is quick to respond and great to deal with. I would, and have, recommended this team to anyone who needs an agent to manage their investment property.

Have had my rental properties managed by Buxton's since 2000. Over that time I have had consistent and timely service. Michelle and Laura are great to deal with and very experienced. As an overseas landlord - and thus very reliant on the quality of the agents to manage and inform when required - I would highly recommend Buxtons. Experience across the full cycle of activity - price setting, advertising, selecting, entry, tenant interface, contract, tax reporting etc etc - all very good.
