I have been dealing with Michelle and Laura from Buxton’s Brighton office for more than a decade. They are great Agent’s to deal with - professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and personable. I believe they do an excellent job balancing the interests of both landlord and tenant.

Found a terrific home when we had a small time period available which was due to help from Buxton Brighton. After signing on, the communications and turn around times have been best in class to allow us to be in and settled prior to Christmas.

I have been using Buxton for many years to rent out a property. Michelle has great market knowledge and has always been quick to replace tenants so the property is never left empty for long. Her team have kept me informed of any problems in the property and always have a solution. They keep all the required checks and documentation up to date. I highly recommend them and often do.

I consider Tara Stewart to be a very helpful and a considerate agent. As I live a long way from my properties and have to rely on her for help when necessary. She is very knowledgeable on the subject of rental property, which I greatly appreciate. and need her experience and advice to be on hand when I am not there. Tara had always answered my calls and answered my questions, with knowledge of her subject. I am very pleased with her performance.
