Buxton Brighton were extremely professional and easy to work with. Michelle is always happy to answer any questions and treats you like a real individual rather than just another tenant. Buxton Brighton were always quick to respond to any queries and any issues were followed up immediately. They communicated well via phone or email and were flexible with inspection times/key pick up for my rental.

It makes a huge difference when an agent cares. Even better when they follow through in so many ways and go a step beyond your best expectations. This is not the first time I have had Buxton as the rental agent and great to know that they are also consistent. Michelle and Zarah - thank you.

Michelle and Andrea were great to deal with - from the initial inspection to moving in. So friendly and helpful, felt like they were trying hard to make sure we were happy rather than just trying to find new tenants quickly.

The few women that I’ve spoken to from Buxton Brighton have been so incredibly helpful and kind. Wile trying to find our first property, these beautiful people have been by far the most effective with communication and making me feel like they actually care!
