Buxton's Brighton have been my rental agents for the last 21 years. Consistently good service and when issues arise (as they do) always solved quickly. The current team - Michelle and Laura are great. Most recently good quality tenants found within a week of listing and good process to manage them into the property and settle them. They appreciate the value of good relationships with both the landlord and the tenants. More than happy to recommend.

Very impressed with Michelle. She understood the brief (quality property and needed it ASAP) and came up with the right outcome. Really pleased to have secured the rental property. Has also been very helpful resolving some defects - keep it up.

The property manager at Buxton has been looking after our investment property for a long time. She has taken care of both the tenants and us as owners to a high degree of honesty and fairness. All maintenance issues have been taken care of in a fast and efficient manner and we have been very pleased with how quickly she managed to get new tenants in when the property has become vacant.
