We are very lucky to have Zarah Baker as our agent for 52a Beaumaris Parade. This property has been historically difficult to let as it is quite small for a three bedroom house. We find the tenants tend to only stay for a short time before moving on, and very often leave us with major repair bills. So we feared the worst when the previous tenants gave us the vacation notice in the midst of covid pandemic last year. Despite all the odds, Zarah managed to find us a new tenant, in record time, who was able to move in as soon as the existing tenants had moved out, which is every landlord’s dream. Zarah patiently handled our requests for information and documents to vet the new applicant and was able to secure a prepayment of a year’s rent to put our minds at rest. We could not ask for more.
