Tamara is the gold standard of what I would want a real estate agent to be. She was diligent in following up with me in detail after every open for inspection, some on her own time, and solved any issues that came up. Tamara was incredibly professional, across all documentation and very hard working. She negotiated so well with the buyer that we sold in three weeks. I could not be more impressed with Tamara, Bec's copy and David and the Buxton team and look forward to working with them again.

It became clear very quickly why Halli came so highly recommended. All the small things Halli identified added up to an extremely successful campaign in a such tight current conditions. Could not be more happier with the result Halli and his team delivered.

Michelle's attention to detail and communication was next level. Nothing was a problem and read the market perfectly. She went out of her way to accomodate buyers queries which ultimately generated strong competition for sale. Highly recommend.

Michelle and the team at Buxton went over and above in the sale of my home. Four days after putting it on the market and during the first open for inspection we had an offer. Michelle and Halli completed the negotiations and then late Saturday, the offer was accepted at the price we discussed. Could not be happier with their professionalism and dealing with the team at Buxton.

What an outcome. There were other properties on the market near my home which had gone to auction without even a bid. Halli and the team at Buxton gave me some advice which I took and then 4 days later the property was sold.

Just a few words of thanks and appreciation for a job well done. You were with us every step of the way through the entire process. Nothing was left to chance, all of the boxes ticked. Finally the auction result, an outcome beyond our wildest dreams thanks to you and your team, a well oiled, smooth and totally professional group of Real Estate experts. Also noteworthy was the thoughtful gift of French Champagne to both ourselves and the new owner, a nice touch to celebrate the moment.
