When I sold my house in Brighton, I used my friends recommendation; Halli Moore. Halli's experience really showed in his valuation range, sales strategy, marketing and in the end his negotiation technique to deliver a great result. I went into the sale on balance with the assumption of getting no more than a "fair" market result, ie; not a large expectation. Halli and Buxton did not let me down with competition both in person and online via the phone, so any concerns of underperforming on my behalf were not valid. In the end, Halli recommended exactly what to do with honesty & transparency advised me carefully of the ups & downs of the market and ultimately delivered a great result given my property and the market at the time of sale.
