I am very pleased to recommend Halli Moore and the team at Buxton. The sale of my property was managed in a most accommodating, friendly and efficient manner. An excellent result was achieved with minimum stress for which I am very grateful. Thank you again to the team. Kind Regards, Judi Aldridge

Halli & Sonja from Brighton Buxton did such an amazing job selling our house, they went above and beyond with everything and we felt that they always had our best interest at heart no matter what. Thank you so much.

Thanks Tom for acting in a responsible and professional manner at all times. You gave me valuable suggestions to make my property very marketable and as a consequence Buxtons achieved an outstanding outcome as a result. So thanks again. I would be happy to recommend you to any prospective vendor in the future. Best wishes, Ron

Tom has excellent communication skills and was prompt in replying to our questions. Nothing was too much trouble from recommending tradesman to providing fresh flowers in the hallway. Tom was honest in his appraisal of our likely auction outcome. Tom is a genuine, energetic person who is passionate about his work. I couldn't recommend Tom highly enough!

We were very happy with the service provided by Stefan. Stefan and his team had a great data base of potential buyers and handled the negotiations with the buyers like a true professional. Would use again and highly recommend.

Working with Tom on the sale of our home recently was a seamless experience. Auctions are stressful, but Tom kept us well-informed and demonstrated impressive knowledge of our local market....which put our minds at ease. Highly recommend Tom and the team...he's a great agent!

From the outset, Tom was knowledgable, well organised and very communicative. He explained the sales process and regularly updated me on progress through the cycle. He followed up on all matters that he committed to and as a result, no last minute surprises.

As the owner of Rodney Samuels Consulting I work with many agents as a Vendor Advocate. Tom is honest reliable and most importantly a very good agent with a fantastic level of market knowledge.

Tom was very proactive during the preparation of the property for sale by offering suggestions as to how we could improve the presentation and then organising the trades to deliver those improvements and we felt that the presentation made a big difference to the final result. We know he was dealing with a large volume of calls that extended into after hours and he was very active and positive with his feedback to us. We are more than happy to recommend Tom to others.

We were five siblings who had been given the very difficult task of selling the family home which had been in our family for over 60 years. This was an emotional time for all concerned but John made this all seem so easy. The campaign and process was seamless from beginning to end. John sat us down and discussed a realistic price range which proved to be on the money plus some which was great for the family. John also promised to be with us every step of the way - which he was . Constantly keeping us informed and up to date on how the campaign was going. The auctioneering skills John brought to our Auction were amazing, he is so vibrant and enthusiastic and he did us proud. We would highly recommend John and Buxton Real Estate to anyone selling their property in the Bayside area.

From the outset I was really happy with Stefan and Sonja's approach. They were organised, knowledgeable, approachable and very fast to respond to emails and phone messages. During the campaign process, I always felt confident that they were following up every potential purchaser and I felt really comfortable that they were giving me the best advice. The negotiation process with the buyer after the property was passed in at auction was, for me, the ultimate test of a real estate agent's skills - Stefan passed with flying colours - I really was impressed. So I got a sale on auction day but even if I hadn't, I would've been confident that Stefan and Sonja would've got me a sale soon after.
