Helpful and professional
Gary was very helpful and professional when we bought our property. He maintained good communication without being pushy and he arranged for several inspections to take place (building surveys, arborist reports etc.) prior to us making an offer.

Tom is always very professional even under challenging circumstances
Tom and his colleague, Bert, assisted my firm on the sale of a deceased estate property that I was the executor for. It was a highly unusual sales campaign as a number of factors outside of anyone’s control made the sales process quite challenging but Tom always stayed positive throughout it all. He was always very calm and patient and handled every issue that came up very professionally, which we are very appreciative of. He was also very approachable and went above and beyond whenever we needed extra assistance. Tom is also honest in assessing the potential sales price that the property was likely to get so he managed our expectations well and there were no surprises on auction day. My firm and I highly recommend him. Seeing how professionally he handled our sale, given the challenging circumstances we faced throughout the process, you would be very well looked after by Tom.
