Our review of sales statistics put Buxton's Camberwell high on the list of our preferred Real Estate Agents in the Burwood area. Nicole and Buxtons were very prompt and receptive when we highlighted that we wanted them to sell our unit. They covered the bases very quickly, identifying very simply a timelined broad spectrum of items and events leading up to our auction. This included face to face sessions to provide weekly updates and statistics, which included feedback from several internet real estate advertisers. Open days went well with excellent engagement of prospective buyers and dissemination of information. In the background there was considerable follow up with potential buyers both those engaging with this property as well as from a broader data base. With the current Real Estate Climate and Market in a downward trend it was not possible to extricate bids as readily as for historical auctions. However the subsequent negotiations went very well and a successful sale resulted.
