Nicole was a nice agent who did all the necessary things to make a sale. I was initially advised the market range was $800k-$880k and we sold at $750k. So it was disappointing to sell at 6%-15% below expected price but we were keen to sell. We were going to go to auction but based on the advice from Nicole we agreed to an offer a few days prior to auction. You never really know if this was the best move, but it was the move made available by Nicole. All in all, we sold and we will never know if this was the best price for the house. In other regards Nicole was a very friendly and personable character and related wonderfully in person to anyone she met. This was one of the reasons we choose her. Her written communication and detailed log analysis as the campaign progressed could have been better and I have definitely had much better written communication and weekly reports from other sales. Not once did I receive full listings of everyone who stepped through the property on each visit however she was fantastic to chat to on the phone and was very prompt with calling and talking through every open for inspection with me in detail and answered any questions I had. In addition at the time of settlement Nicole did a great job of ensuring settlement went through even when the buyers put stupid little roadblocks in the way. Lastly it would be just as easily to put the poor price performance down to the current market and nothing to do with Nicole at all.
