Professional, reliable and efficient
We have known Nicole since we started to develop our townhouse. During the pandemic, the development had been delayed but she still kept in touch with us. She gave us a lot of professional ideas and advice. When the townhouse was ready, she helped us arrange everything to make it happen on Auction day. She is a tough, hard working person and she won’t miss out any chance, any potential customers to sell our property. She also gave us regular updates and feedback after open inspections. Nicole was very helpful in guiding us on how to best prepare the property in advance of the sale and what improvements would generate most value. Through the marketing and inspections stage Nicole provided honest feedback on market conditions and buyer positions - which helped us better understand potential pricing In addition she had strong reach into the market of potential buyers and strategically communicated with them. Nicole assisted us also by recommending several services that then provided good value and supported the sale. Overall we felt the level on communication was just right and we had confidence in Nicole's understanding and reading of the market and specific buyers intentions. This was important to us as in reaching a realistic view on pricing expectations.

Great Result in a Challenging Market
We put our Burwood residence to market with a set auction date (mid 2022) which proved to be a tough time for sellers. The house was passed in at auction with little interest. At this point, we abandoned hope of selling and looked to wait out the downturn for however long it took. HOWEVER. Nicole was determined, and went to work at an admirable rate, never breaking stride once. Interest in the property gained, and we set Nicole a hopeful but achievable target. Many offers were knocked back, Nicole did not waver. And after not too long a fair deal for us and for the buyer was realised. We have sold around six properties over the past 15 odd years. The previous five were in a favourable market. This time was tougher, however Nicole was up to it. And tough is how I would describe Nicole, in approach and in work rate. If you check sold properties in Burwood area you'll see Nicole has sold the lions share. This does not surprise me, as we were very impressed on how our sale was secured, and also with a fair approach to the buyer. Who is now to benefit from our loved residence while we were in it. Nicole is no nonsense, a hard worker, knows the industry inside out and always responsive/contactable. Happy to recommend her services. Thank you Nicole and all the best for the future. K + T.
