We met Nicole at the open for another house on the same street and was impressed by her market knowledge. She sold two houses on our street pretty well. She kept in touch with us with regular market updates since we met at the open and when it comes to selling, we naturelly think of her! We trusted her from the start to the end, all we need to do is make the house present well. She gave good sugguestions of presenting the house, lent us a hand when we were stressed of presenting the house and even organised a professional interior stylist for us for free. Nicole and her Buxton Team were terrific in the lead up to and during the recent sale of our house. She worked well with our advocate to achieve great and extensive buyer interest. Her knowledge of the state of the house market in this area and the current market variables/influences really impressed us. She went the "extra kilometre" to ensure that prospective buyers were kept informed and answers were provided quickly to them, thus maintaining their interest.
