I was amazed that from first contact with Nicole to getting the house all signed up it took an amazing 24 hours. In spite of the many curved balls we threw at her she worked through them and come up with the final result. She dealt with the buyer in a very professional manner and also worked in an ethical manner. My previous experiences with agents have been far from satisfactory. After interviewing 4 different agents prominent in this area, I chose Nicole to sell my house due to her superior market knowledge, strong sales results, professionalism in addition to her being a down to earth and very nice human being. She engaged with both my daughter and I in an open and honest manner with humility so it was easy to relate to and trust her and her judgment. There was no patronising sales pitch as was the case with some, she took the time to ask questions to understand my priorities. She then gave me her assessment of what my house was worth in best and worst case scenarios, the buyers it would be pitched to and timeframes to work to in order to put it on the market quickly. Nicole then put me on to an excellent painter, a handyman, gardener, cleaner and stylist who all came at short notice and did a top notch job. The photography and internet marketing took place 10 days after I first met Nicole. Prior to the release of the photos, video and brochure she checked if there was anything that could be improved. Inspections were easy, always with enough notice and Nicole kept me up to date with weekly reports on how things were progressing. She discussed various options as they arose - always giving me enough information to make informed decisions. The house was sold at auction less than 3 weeks after it was advertised. The whole experience was amazingly easy despite me living in the house and having medical treatment throughout. I got a great price largely due to having a great agent. I highly recommend Nicole.
