The day we met Nicole, we knew she was the right agent to sell our property and we were not disappointed. Her knowledge of the area is second to none. She is professional, hardworking, honest and a great communicator. Very professional, knows the market - Highly recommend
We met Nicole from some 7 or 8 years ago when we were looking to buy. She definitely made an impression back then. When we decided to sell, we knew who to call. Nicole proved we made the right choice during our appraisal meeting. She was able to see the values in our property, the potential markets and buyers, which gave me confidence that she knew how to sell our property to its maximum potential value. The entire sale process was outstandingly professional with no fuss. We received regular updates of potential buyers, analysis of the potential buyers and market movements. We had a good feeling of knowing what was possible and likely to happen on the auction day. Our property was passed in at auction but Nicole managed the post auction negotiation very well and was able to achieve above our adjusted reserve. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a property agent to sell. She is extremely experienced, knows her market very well and she never gives up to close a deal.

Yeah but...
Nicole is professional, extremely measured and calm, and has excellent interpersonal skills. However, her enthusiasm for the sale prospects of the property seemed to fade as time progressed, which caused us to question her original assessment of the property's potential, or its appeal to certain buyers. Open House times were changed on a number of occasions without us being notified. We also were left confused and waiting for phone calls at the end when final negotiations had been completed. So, while we are fairly pleased with the outcome, we are a little "underwhelmed" by the overall experience - an expression Nicole used to describe people's reaction to the property.

Easy going and great results!
It was really great dealing with Nicole right from the start to when we sold our property. She had a no nonsense approach and gave an honest opinion or answer to the questions we had and also had very good knowledge of the area we sold in.
