From my very first meeting with Nicole, I was impressed with her professionalism, manner and knowledgeof the real estate market. She quickly put me at ease re the sale process and explained simply and efficiently all that would be required. She was able to quickly give me an outline including the proposed time line and property appraisal. Consequently a few days later a full sale procedure was assembled and accepted and from then on many daily and weekly updates were given. Nicole worked very hard to achieve my sale price which she ultimately managed prior to auction. A very happy outcome ! Overall Nicole made the entire process seem much easier than I expected and was so professional in every way before, during and after the sale. I was very impressed with all aspects and would gladly recommend her to others interested in selling thier properties.

We did not hesitate to choose Nicole when it came to selling our home of 23 years. Over several years Nicole had respectfully contacted us to establish our interest in selling. We took a long time to come to our sale decision and even then we had a false start that Nicole patiently assisted us through.
