We have been investing in the Footscray and Yarraville area for over 30 years . It has been a true pleasure to work with such a professional as Matthew John . Great communicator , innate marketer , he definitely lives up to his reputation as one of the best salesmen in the area . The process of selling our property was efficient and easy and we thank Matthew for creating such a vibrant auction , with such a brilliant result.

We were very happy with the service Matt provided and the outcome from the sale of our investment property/townhouse. He was very patient answering my many questions and explaining different stages of the sale process - from preparing the property, organising marketing, viewing during COVID-19 which was quite challenging, working with our tenants and negotiating price and terms of the sale. He did a great job managing a couple of small hiccups and ultimately got us exactly what we were after.

Matt recently sold our house and was a fantastic agent. He was thorough, kept communication up to date and helped us get the result we wanted. We highly recommend Matt and would definitely use him again when buying or selling a house.

Tristan was very easy to deal with and work with. He listened, understood our needs, provided realistic feedback on market value and then delivered on his promises and the price expections he gave us.

I found Matt professional and he worked in cohesion with the sellers advocate. This was very important as I was overseas when selling my property. Matt has been very responsive when contacted directly and I would recommend him to sell your property.

This was my second dealing with Matt but first for my extended family. First meeting was for the sale of my first apartment. He exceeded my expectations at that time for Empire St in Footscray. The second sale however was very sensitive due it being for my late fathers estate. From A to Z Matt was respectful and mature through the whole process. There were times where not much could be done on our end as executors which delayed things and he understood this and always was there with a friendly ear. He gave advice on how to make our place more presentable. He dealt with all 4 executors well and kept us all in the loop at all times. He kept his promises with everything re sale from the outset and was like having another executor helping us along the way. He did extras when needed especially during tough periods (ie Covid). What helped massively was him being there to allow the furniture stages at the beginning and at the end remove furniture when the executors couldn’t be there at the location. Matt helped my family close this chapter with a fair/excellent price. Couldn’t ask for more from him and will look out for him in future if I need to sell anything 100%!

Our experience with Matt during our off market campaign was truly seamless! From the moment we spoke with him initially about wanting to put our place on the market he talked us through both a full marketing campaign and off market. We opted for off market & since we decided he worked really hard at getting several groups through our place, giving us plenty of notice & time to prepare. We felt confident throughout the whole process and he communicated with us every step of the way. In turn we got an amazing result and sold within 4 weeks of having an off market campaign! Overall very impressed & we would recommend Matt to anyone!

Matthew was exceptionally knowledgable on the area and and provided different marketing strategies whilst determining what would work best for us. Matthew took the time to give us a clear guideline of an anticipated sales price for our property, which he achieved very quickly, to our delight. Matthew was fantastic to deal with and always kept us updated throughout the process. We would highly recommend working with Matthew for any real estate needs.

I had never met Matt before deciding to sell my house, but from the start I found him very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the process of selling my house and suggested several different options to sell the house quickly and get the best result. He kept me updated with all enquires and offers. As a result I sold my house within two week and the sales price was $80,000 over what I expected to get. I highly recommend Matt as a real estate agent.
