This may seem like a normal thing to say, but truth be told it is so hard to find a good realtor who makes things happen as smoothly as Brett has. I know that I will be looking at other properties in the area soon for investments, and knowing Brett and the team are only a phone call away means I have real faith in good outcomes and ROI potential. I viewed multiple properties with four different agents. Brett and the Buxton team were genuine, honest, transparent and accommodating.
